Company

Interaction Discovery is a consultancy specialising in research and analysis for complex interactive systems.

The company is currently in a pre-trading product development phase.

Directors

Dr Kevin Rigotti is an engineer with a background in aviation safety. His work has included prototyping computer assistance algorithms for air traffic control, modelling air miss events, and assessing the safety and effectiveness of mission systems in fighter aircraft. He returned to academia to complete a doctorate in user experience design, graduating on Bastille Day 2023, which he says felt quite appropriate after doing research during a pandemic.

Work

Our aim is to support software design and development teams in anticipating what might go wrong, and recognising it when it does. We do this by applying safety thinking in a way that brings safety, security, and usability together and embeds good ethical principles.

Impact

These pages are hand-crafted, using simple hypertext and stylesheets, with no scripting, and no personalisation. They exist to provide information, not to collect it. The site does not need to remember anything about you, so has no consent dialogue because it needs nothing from you but your time.
